At Loops, we believe that your mind and your data belong to you. Our approach to privacy is simple: what happens on your device, stays on your device.

1. On-Device Processing

Loops relies exclusively on on-device AI. We do not transmit, upload, or process your tasks, audio recordings, or personal data on external servers. All text transcription and cognitive sorting happen locally on your iPhone.

2. iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs securely through Apple's iCloud infrastructure using end-to-end encryption. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

3. Data Collection

We collect absolutely zero analytics, telemetry, or personal information. There are no tracking scripts, no third-party SDKs, and no accounts required to use the app.

4. Changes to this Policy

If we ever introduce optional features that require external processing (which we have no plans to do), we will update this policy and explicitly request your opt-in consent before doing so.
